Track award activity and know when to log in ORB
Use this as your local Duke of Ed planning helper. The Study Concept can remind you to log, organize reflections, and help with common issues, but official records and approvals still happen in ORB.
Start setup
Choose your award level, then add goals.
This creates a local tracker for sections, assessor details, weekly activity logs, and ORB reflection drafts. You can change targets later if your Award Leader gives different requirements.
Sections
Goals, assessors, and progress
Keep each section specific enough that logging into ORB later is quick.
ORB helper
Copy-ready reflection support
The Study Concept can help you draft clear ORB reflections, but ORB is still the official place to submit logs and assessor reports.

Built-in ORB help
I forgot to log for a week
Write the real date, activity, duration, and reflection as soon as possible. Ask your Award Leader how they want late ORB entries handled.
My assessor has not approved something
Check that assessor name/contact details are correct, then send a polite reminder with the section, dates, and goal. Official approval still happens through ORB/Award Centre processes.
I am not sure what counts
Keep the goal specific and ask your Award Leader before changing section choices. The Study Concept can help organize the question, but your Award Leader decides official suitability.
