Accessibility Statement

Study tools should work for more students.

Updated: September 20, 2026
Accessibility contact: deanconcepcion8@gmail.com

The Study Concept is working toward an experience that can be used with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced motion, and common mobile accessibility settings. This statement describes the current approach and does not claim certification or complete conformance.

Current accessibility support

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators on core controls.
  • Skip links and semantic headings on policy and billing pages.
  • Accessible names for core buttons, form controls, status messages, and dialogs.
  • Responsive layouts that support mobile screens and browser zoom.
  • Reduced-motion support where animated effects are used.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful product images where available.

Known limitations

Some experimental tools, imported course documents, interactive diagrams, third-party embeds, AI output, and older pages may not yet provide an equivalent experience for every assistive technology. Automated checks cannot detect every barrier. The Study Concept will prioritize barriers that prevent account access, studying, privacy choices, support, or future billing management.

Report a barrier or request support

Email deanconcepcion8@gmail.com with the page, the action you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the barrier. Do not include passwords, card information, or unnecessary personal information. We will acknowledge the report and provide a reasonable alternative or status update where practicable.

Payment and cancellation access

Paid checkout is currently unavailable. Before payments open, The Study Concept will test plan selection, purchaser consent, checkout, receipts, subscription management, cancellation, refunds, errors, and support paths for keyboard and screen-reader use. Existing subscription management must remain available even if new sales are paused.

Continuous review

Accessibility is an ongoing product requirement. The Study Concept will combine automated checks, keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, zoom and reflow review, colour-contrast review, reduced-motion testing, and feedback from users. Material accessibility information will be updated when the product changes.
