Cookie Notice
Cookies and local storage
This notice explains how The Study Concept uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and similar browser technologies also remember information between visits. The Study Concept uses these technologies to keep accounts secure, preserve study work, remember choices, and understand site reliability.
2. Categories we use
Essential
Authentication, security, consent records, and app storage are needed for core service functions and are not switched off by the optional cookie control.
App settings and saved work
Display, study, and workspace values are stored in browser storage when you use those features. The cookie panel does not erase saved settings, documents, or account information; manage or clear them through the app or your browser.
Analytics
On pages that include them, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are loaded only after you enable analytics. They may collect page, device, approximate location, performance, and interaction information to help diagnose problems and improve The Study Concept. The consent choice is kept in browser local storage.
Advertising
Google AdSense scripts are present on selected offline and math pages. When those scripts run, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, depending on Google settings and applicable law, personalize ads. The Study Concept preference panel currently controls analytics only; it does not control AdSense. The Study Concept does not sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for provider and data-flow details.
3. Technologies used by connected services
Google Identity, Supabase, Google AdSense, and other connected services may set or read their own technologies when their scripts or integrations run. Paid checkout is disabled; no payment provider is currently taking The Study Concept payments. Their practices are governed by their own notices and your choices with those providers.
4. Your choices
You can allow analytics or keep analytics off while essential browser technologies remain active. Select at any time to change your analytics choice. The current panel does not control AdSense. You can also clear browser data in your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove locally saved study work.
5. Updates and contact
We may update this notice as technologies or legal requirements change. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to deanconcepcion8@gmail.com.
